Service Description

SilverSneakers Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Seated and standing yoga poses to increase flexibility, balance and range of motion. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.

Cancellation Policy

If you pay a monthly package for Personal Training and Semi-Private Training cancel after the 24 hour from your time slot, there is no refund and a payment will be made in your time slot. You can reschedule within 5 days, 1 time, and the funds will be transferred to that date and time. Single class purchases must be used 30 days from purchase. All package purchases, class or training sessions, are non-transferable. Special exceptions may be made for immediate family members. Package purchases must be used within 150 days of purchase.
