Service Description

The class is suited for beginners and Intermediate levels. Remember the Step Aerobic classes from the 80's? This is it, but at a higher intensity. This class is a high cardio and low impact. Taking it back to old school with an upbeat faster pace. You'll feel the workout in your legs, hips, heart, and you'll even feel it in your arms. What to Expect: 45 minutes Classes Warm up-workout-cool down Various exercise equipment Bring Water to every class! All equipment is cleaned Encouraging Inclusive Environment Small Class sizes are limited to 8 Sign up is required to attend

Cancellation Policy

If you pay a monthly package for Personal Training and Semi-Private Training cancel after the 24 hour from your time slot, there is no refund and a payment will be made in your time slot. You can reschedule within 5 days, 1 time, and the funds will be transferred to that date and time. Single class purchases must be used 30 days from purchase. All package purchases, class or training sessions, are non-transferable. Special exceptions may be made for immediate family members. Package purchases must be used within 150 days of purchase.
