The class is a 40 minute full body burnout, circuit training with both weighted and bodyweight exercises. This is a full body workout targeting upper body, lower body, core, and cardio. You'll lose weight and gain strength. For beginners to intermediate are all welcome. This class will only be offered for 6 weeks. Sign up for class is required.
If you pay a monthly package for Personal Training and Semi-Private Training cancel after the 24 hour from your time slot, there is no refund and a payment will be made in your time slot. You can reschedule within 5 days, 1 time, and the funds will be transferred to that date and time. Single class purchases must be used 30 days from purchase. All package purchases, class or training sessions, are non-transferable. Special exceptions may be made for immediate family members. Package purchases must be used within 150 days of purchase.
